How do I pay for my order?
By credit card: payment is taken when you order via our secure service provider Stripe.
By bank transfer: we await your transfer before processing your order.
By PayPal: payment is taken when you order via our PayPal service provider.
When to pay for my order?
In order to process your order as quickly as possible, it must be paid in full when ordering. Any unpaid or partially paid order cannot be processed.
What delivery method?
We work exclusively with the carrier UPS™. If you are absent during delivery, the UPS delivery person will leave a delivery notice in your mailbox. You can then ask UPS to deliver your package on the day of your choice.
When will I receive my order ?
Generally, the deadline is 15 working days. This period may be extended when certain products are out of stock or when making personalized jackets (embroidery or CYOU™).
How do I wash my Clément clothes?
1. Wash white and colors separately.
2. For dark colored garments, it is not necessary to wash them before use, as the colors are “fixed” during manufacturing.
3. Use detergents containing brighteners to reduce the phenomenon of grayness.
How to exchange merchandise?
An error in size, shoe size, wrong choice of color... we undertake to exchange your order if you are not satisfied with it.
We will exchange your product only under the following conditions: that the items are neither embroidered, nor washed, nor worn (so remember to try on your garment before washing them).
To do this, simply return the item(s) to us along with your delivery note within 15 days of receipt of the package. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Can I return a pair of shoes?
It is important to try the shoes on a clean floor or even better on a cardboard box. Any shoe whose sole is not considered new will not be returned or exchanged.
