Return Policy - Exchange

Terms :

The buyer has the right to return, for exchange or refund, within 30 days from the date of delivery of the product(s). The delivery date is certified by the postmark or shipping slip. After this date, returns will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the error lies with CLEMENT DESIGN.

  • The returned item(s) must be in perfect condition: unwashed, unworn, unworn, folded and put back in their original packaging, also in good condition.
  • Any damaged or personalized item (except in cases of quality problems accepted by our after-sales service) will be refused.
  • Any item returned dirty, in a ball, smelly (non-exhaustive list), will be subject to a repair fee charged at €10 including tax.

Any warranty is excluded in the event of misuse, negligence, lack of maintenance on the part of the buyer, transformation of the product, normal wear and tear of the product.

If CLEMENT DESIGN products were purchased through a third party (reseller or distributor), you will need to contact this third party directly for After-Sales Service.

I would like to make a return, what should I do?

Up until the time the order is personalized, packaged and sent from our warehouse, an order may be canceled and/or modified.

If your return request meets the conditions above, simply complete the form provided for this purpose.

Exchange or refund request:

The product does not suit you, does not suit you, you change your mind: unless Clement Design makes an error, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In the event of a first exchange, we offer you the reshipment of the package.

As part of a refund request, this will be done excluding shipping costs.

Adding Personalization:

Requests to add personalization after purchase will be accepted within 30 days. Provided that the return conditions are respected.

Touch-ups / Repairs:

All repair requests (changing a button, a press, resuming a seam) will be accepted within a maximum period of 6 MONTHS. Beyond that, it will be wear and tear on the garment that we will not cover.

Shipping costs may be requested.

Product defect:

Despite all the attention we pay to the quality of our products, a defect is always possible. The repair or exchange request will be studied on the basis of the completed form and the attached photos.

In the event of a refused return or unclaimed package:

Clement Design reserves the right to put back into stock or destroy after 90 days if no instructions have been given by the customer. For unclaimed packages (returns +10 days), a refund will then be possible (except for personalized products) but the amount refunded will be reduced by a flat rate fee of €10 excluding tax (€12 including tax) relating to the transport costs of the package.

Parcels not collected at a relay point:

For orders delivered to a relay point, if the package is not collected by the customer within 10 days of being placed in relay, the order will be returned to us. If the customer wishes to reship the order, a flat rate fee of €10 excluding tax (€12 including tax) relating to the new shipment will be requested.
