Orders are shipped within 1 week for non-personalized orders and within 3 weeks for personalized orders (excluding weekends and holidays).

This timeframe may be extended in case of stock shortages, during Black Friday, and holiday periods. This timeframe is not binding, it is given as an indication and the Supplier cannot be held responsible to the Buyer in case of delivery delay.

The Supplier's responsibility cannot be engaged in case of delivery delay or suspension attributable to the Buyer or in case of force majeure. Delivery will be made to the place designated by the Buyer. The Buyer acknowledges that it is the carrier's responsibility to make the delivery, the Supplier being deemed to have fulfilled its delivery obligation once the ordered products are handed over to the carrier who accepted them without reservation.

The Buyer therefore has no warranty claims against the Supplier for non-delivery of the ordered Products or for any damage occurring during transport or unloading. It is the Buyer's responsibility to check the condition of the package upon receipt and to make reservations on the delivery slip and/or refuse the package if in doubt; to check the quantity of articles received after opening the packages.
