We respond to you between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. We will get back to you within a few hours after receiving your request. Order Delivery What are the shipping costs? Two delivery methods are available to you. If you want to be delivered directly to your home, the delivery costs are those mentioned at the time of payment of your order. Unless otherwise specified, they are €12 incl. VAT. You can also choose to be delivered to a pickup point of your choice. For these two delivery methods, the deadlines are the same. Clement Design offers free shipping for all orders shipped within mainland France for an amount greater than €300.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is taken over by our carriers, you will receive an email and an SMS of shipment confirmation if you have provided your mobile number when creating the account. You can also check your order status directly via your Clement Design account. To do this, log in to your account (at the top right of your screen), then click on "My Orders". Then just select the order of your choice.
How long will it take to receive my order?
The delivery time is 1 week for non-personalized products and 3 weeks for your personalized orders. I want to modify the contents of my order, how do I do it? I made a mistake in the delivery address, can I change it ?

Do you deliver internationally?
We deliver internationally. Delivery costs may vary depending on the weight and destination country. Returns & Refunds What are the conditions for making a return? You have 30 days from the receipt of the package to return your products. The items you wish to return must be packaged in their original packaging with their labels. Only new, unworn, and undamaged products will be refunded via the payment method chosen for the order.
I returned an item, how long will it take to receive my refund?
Our refund times are between 10 days and 2 weeks after processing your refund request. These times may vary depending on the shipping of your package, the reception time, the verification of the condition of the products at our warehouse, and the banking processing time of the refund. I did not receive the full refund for my order. My Account How do I create my account?
Creating your account is very easy! Click on the "My Account" area at the top right of the homepage on your computer, or on your mobile, represented by a character. Choose the option "No account? Create one". Then, fill in the requested information (Last Name, First Name, Email, Password, Company Name). Don't forget to include a mobile number to be easily reached for your packages and validate. Creating your account will then allow you to access your order history and your personal information.
