The buyer has the right to return, exchange, or refund within 30 days from the date of delivery of the product(s).
the delivery date is confirmed by the postmark or shipping receipt. Beyond this date, returns will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless the error is attributable to CLEMENT DESIGN. Returned items must be in perfect condition: unwashed, unworn, unused, folded, and returned in their original packaging, which must also be in good condition.
Any damaged or personalized item (except for quality issues accepted by our customer service) will be refused. Any item returned dirty, crumpled, or with an odor (non-exhaustive list) will be subject to a restoration fee of €10 including VAT. Warranty is excluded in cases of misuse, negligence, lack of maintenance by the buyer, alteration of the product, or normal wear and tear.
If CLEMENT DESIGN products were purchased through a third party (reseller or distributor), you must contact them directly for after-sales service. How to proceed with a return? Until the order is personalized, packed, and shipped from our warehouse, an order can be canceled and/or modified.
If your return request meets the above conditions, simply completethe appropriate form. Exchange or refund request: The product does not suit you, does not fit, or you change your mind: except for an error by Clement Design, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In case of the first exchange, we offer the reshipment of the package.
For a refund request, it will be made excluding shipping costs.
Requests for additional customization after purchase will be accepted within 30 days, provided the return conditions are met.
Alterations / Repairs:
All repair requests (button replacement, snap replacement, re-stitching) will be accepted within a maximum period of 6 MONTHS. Beyond this, it will be considered normal wear and tear of the garment, which we will not cover.
Shipping costs may be claimed.
Product Defect:
Despite all the attention we pay to the quality of our products, a defect is always possible. The repair or exchange request will be considered based on the completed form and attached photos.
In case of refused return or unclaimed package:
Clement Design reserves the right to restock or destroy the item after 90 days if no instructions have been given by the customer. For unclaimed packages (returns +10 days), a refund will be possible (except for personalized products), but the refunded amount will be reduced by a flat fee of €10 excl. VAT (€12 incl. VAT) related to the shipping costs of the package.
Unclaimed packages at pickup points:
For orders delivered to pickup points, if the package is not collected by the customer within 10 days from the notification, the order will be returned to us. If the customer wishes a reshipment of the order, a flat fee of €10 excl. VAT (€12 incl. VAT) for the new shipment will be charged.
